We've listed below current opportunities to buy tobacco products that were confiscated by the NYS Tax Department.

Who may bid:

• Bidders must have a current New York State license to distribute tobacco products.

Our authority to sell: Under Tax Law Section 1846-a, we're allowed to sell tobacco products confiscated in accordance with judicial law.

Your bid may be disqualified, if you don't:

• meet all requirements and follow the instructions in the bid documents
• check this page for any bid updates and incorporate changes into your bid
• mail your proposal; we do not accept bids by email or other electronic means
