Qualified personal services contracts

NYS Executive Order No. 6, Ensuring the Cost-Effectiveness of Contracts for Personal Services, requires agencies that enter into certain qualified personal services contracts (QPSC) to make a list of such contracts available on their websites.

Copies of the contracts listed below, if any, may be obtained by submitting a Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) request to the Department of Taxation and Finance's Records Access Officer as follows:
