Monthly tax collections: fiscal year 2019-2020

The Office of Tax Policy Analysis prepares a monthly summary of state tax revenues and selected local taxes administered by the Tax Department. Each monthly report includes three components:

• Monthly Gross and Net Tax Collections: presents gross, refunds and net collections as well as fiscal year-to-date information.
  
  
• Monthly Comparison of Net Collections: presents a comparison of current month collections with collections for the comparable month of the prior year.
  
  
• Fiscal Year Comparison of Net Collections: presents prior fiscal year total net collections, as well as year-to-date aggregate collections for the current month and comparable month of the prior year. New York State's fiscal year is April 1–March 31.
