Proposal of amendments to the Procedural Regulations concerning statutory rates of interest and the computation of certain fraud penalties. The proposed rule updates other regulatory provisions where necessary to reflect this current statutory information. 20 NYCRR Sections 7-3.7, 22-3.7, 38.2, 185.3, 415.6, 487.4, 534.2, 561.10, 2395.1, 2397.7 and Parts 78, 416, 488, 536, 575, 2393.
