Microsoft Edge instructions for downloading Form RP-5217-PDF

1. Select Download Form RP-5217-PDF.
2. To check the status of the download, select the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the screen (Ctrl + J on a Windows device or Option-Command-L on a Mac device), and select the Downloads option. 
3. When the download is complete, select Show in folder to open your computer's Downloads folder. Form RP-5217-PDF should be the most recent item in that folder (labeled rp5217). 
4. Right-click on the form in the Downloads folder, select Open with, and select Adobe Acrobat Reader. 
5. Complete the form.
