STAR credit reports now available 08/10/18

STAR credit reports are now available in the Online Assessment Community for localities with school tax levy dates on or around September 1.  The reports indicate the properties that will receive the STAR credit.

Use the STAR credit reports to update your roll file with STAR credit recipients before tax bill processing so that the required language appears on tax bills. See STAR Credit Implementation Guide: Update your roll file with STAR credit recipients for more information, instructions, and links.

Note: STAR credit reports reflect the current status of approved registrations. We continue to approve registrations daily. If a registered property owner does not appear on your list, this does not mean they won’t receive a 2018 STAR credit check.
