Happy Presidents' Week!
Property tax deadline extension for certain localities
Last week, the Governor issued an executive order extending the property tax payment due date in municipalities impacted by recent winter storms, as requested by the chief executive officers of those municipalities. This extension allows residents to pay their taxes without interest or penalty for an additional 21 days.
The list of localities where the due date is extended is in the the Governor’s press release and the executive order.
