Solution for Problem with IVP utility 04/25/19

RPSV4 users, do not run the IVP utility that we made available last week. The utility may not correctly calculate school taxable and STAR exemption amounts for some transactions.

Please run db_779.exe available from Real Property System as soon as possible. This patch will correctly calculate school taxable and STAR exemption amounts for all transactions employed by the IVP utility. A script that will repair data for any user who has already run the utility is also provided in this release.

This patch is mandatory for all RPSv4 users and must be installed before using the Basic STAR Not Qualified Report for RPS Processing. 

Make sure to apply all available updates in sequence.

You must re-run the Recalculate Exempts/Taxables program in RPSV4 administrative updates after any roll maintenance.
