Extended Call Center hours for homeowners with STAR questions

Our STAR Call Center will be open extended hours through next week to assist homeowners with questions about their STAR benefit.

Through October 6, homeowners can call 518-457-2036 during the following hours:

• Weekdays: 8:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
• Saturday and Sunday: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

The Assessor/Director Hotline continues to be available weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
