Our STAR Call Center continues providing service during extended hours to help homeowners with questions about their STAR credits.

Homeowners can reach the STAR helpline at 518-457-2036 from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on weekdays and 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Saturdays.
