Upcoming deadline for mobile home and co-op spreadsheets
If any of the school districts in your municipality issue school tax bills between June 1 and September 30, the deadline for your mobile home and co-op spreadsheets is this Friday, May 8. Visit Send the mobile home and co-op spreadsheets to the Tax Department for the details and complete instructions.
Remember to include all mobile home and co-op units that are not separately identified on the assessment roll, regardless of whether they’re receiving the STAR exemption.
If you use the RPSV4 mobile home or co-op worksheets, run the query-enabled spreadsheets. Otherwise, use the manual load spreadsheet. Links and instructions for both spreadsheets are available from the webpage above.
When your spreadsheet is complete, email it to orpts.MHCoop@tax.ny.gov.
