Equalization rates: more than 500 served
Thus far, we’ve made 530 final equalization rates and seven tentative rates for 2020. As we noted last week, if we confirm the level of assessment (LOA), we will establish the LOA as the final equalization rate. No tentative rate will be established.
We have two lookup tools for equalization rates:
- Equalization rates provides links to the equalization rates lists in Municipal Profiles.
- Rates for school apportionment enables the user to search for school district rates by municipality, county, or school district.

Updated STAR report schedule
We’ve updated the STAR Implementation Guide to reflect the new STAR Delinquency Report (Report #7), which we’ll issue in late July.
We recommend printing the updated STAR Program Actions and Reports Schedule for a handy reference guide to the upcoming reports.
Next up: We’ll publish the Tentative Roll Corrections Report (Report #4) later this month.
For more information on the new STAR and Property Tax Delinquency Program visit STAR and property tax delinquency.
Final notification: mobile home and co-op spreadsheets

Visit Send the mobile home and co-op spreadsheets to the Tax Department for the details and complete instructions.
