2021 IVP Tool now available

Municipalities using the standard assessment calendar (final rolls on July 1 and school tax bills on September 1) can now select the 2021 levy year when entering new IVP enrollments or updating existing ones.
 
Note: if editing an IVP enrollment record for 2020 levy year, be sure to also update the IVP enrollment record for 2021 with the applicable changes.
 
Access the tool in the Online Assessment Community. Select STAR Eligibility.                                   

Last call for advisory appraisals

If you’re conducting a reassessment, and you expect to request a utility advisory appraisal, the deadline to submit Form RP-7021, Utility Advisory Appraisal Request, is 270 days prior to your tentative roll date (by August 1 for localities using the standard assessment calendar). Please include a request for each year of a reassessment cycle.
