User ID and password no longer needed for SalesWeb

Happy holiday season to all!
 
As a registered SalesWeb user, we want to let you know that you no longer need a user ID and password to access the application.

The rest of the functionality is the same. You can still search and download up to ten years of property sales from anywhere in New York State except New York City. (For NYC, visit the City’s Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS).)

In addition, while your SalesWeb bookmark will continue to work, you can now access the application directly from our website. To browse to SalesWeb:
 
1. Visit www.tax.ny.gov.
2. Select Property Owners in the top menu.
3. Select RP-5217/Sales Reporting in the left-hand menu.
4. Select the new link to SalesWeb.

You’re also welcome to share the SalesWeb link with your colleagues.
