3/31/21 – Finish entering and updating the IVP ASAP

Wrap up your IVPs before we begin running reports

Good Afternoon, Assessment Community.

We plan to run Reports 1, 2, and 3 this Friday, April 2 and make them available next week. (Print this one-page 2021 STAR Reports Summary for easy reference.)

Enter, update, or close any remaining IVP enrollments into the IVP tool by midnight Thursday, April 1 to ensure the reports reflect your information. 

Note: Close the enrollment if:

  • the property has sold, or
  • all homeowners eligible for the Enhanced STAR exemption are deceased.
