03/16/2022 Update on contract with Tyler Technologies to develop ACES

On February 22, we notified you that we issued a stop work order to Tyler Technologies on the ACES project. This week, we notified Tyler that we will terminate the contract.

The Tax Department is partnering with the New York State Office of Information Technology Services to develop the next Real Property System software in-house.

The Project Team that was working on ACES is transitioning and actively engaged on this next phase of the project.

We look forward to working with the assessment community on this project. We thank all of you who have been involved up to this point.
