A. Civic center and sports authorities

B. Industrial development and market authorities

C. Transportation authorities

2. Assist in acquiring, constructing, and maintaining industrial manufacturing, warehousing, commercial, research, and industrial pollution control facilities

23. Suffolk County Judicial Facilities Agency Property must be owned by the authority or under its jurisdiction, control or supervision None 1. Develop, construct, maintain, rehabilitate, or relocate the John P. Cohalen Court Complex currently in the Town of Islip (Suffolk County)

2. Operate, manage, and contract for the operation and management of agency properties

24. Troy Municipal Assistance Corporation Property must be owned by the corporation None Financially assist the city of Troy in providing essential services to its inhabitants while meeting its obligations to holders of outstanding securities
