RPS035 transmittals

To be eligible for State Aid for Cyclical Reassessments, municipalities must transmit sales files at least quarterly. Follow the instructions below to establish a schedule and work with your regional ORPTS customer service team (CRM) to monitor the status. Your CRM can provide statistics and answer any questions you may have.

How to transmit RPS035

Step 1: Apply for approval of RPS035 transmittals and a schedule

Use form RP-5217 App-1 Application/Agreement for RPS035 Transmittal to ORPTS to set up a schedule and associated responsibilities. The instructions are on the back of the form.

Step 3: Extract and transmit the RPS035 file

  4. In addition to the file, the transmittal should include the RPS035P1 report.
