You may submit Form AU-12 using:.

• Sales Tax Web File

To get started, you'll need to:

• Create an Online Services account, if you don't already have one.  You may find it helpful to View our demos to learn how to create your account and use Sales Tax Web File.
   
• Login to your account and then select Sales Tax Web File from the left hand menu under Sales tax-file and pay.  You will be prompted to file your application during the Web File process.

• Paper Form AU-12, Application for Credit or Refund of Sales or Use Tax - Qualified Empire Zone Enterprise (QEZE)
