Restaurant return-to-work tax credit (for 2021 tax years)

The restaurant return-to-work was only available for tax years that included December 31, 2021.

A recapture of the credit must be calculated if the Empire State Development has adjusted or revoked a previously claimed restaurant return-to-work credit.
